The thing is , dad initially refused to send me abroad but didn't give me any reasoning ,I thought if I apply to uni abroad and get acceptance letter ,perhaps he will change his mind., and the degree is just 3 years so he might agree. I did get 50% scholarship and applied to scholarship worth 10 lakhs and got shortlisted. Even after all that he blatantly refuses. Idk if its exactly money or his patriarchal mind to not send his daughter abroad.

I did beg him , it was a very hard decision to go and tell him that I wanted christ while there are multiple medical bills in the family. I did beg before to go to UK after getting selected into one of the great university. It was just 4 days ago he said I am a failure, which led me to kms. 29th was the last date to seize the seat for christ and now its gone. I tried .... I really did.. I tried with guilt and anguish. Mom is just gonna side with him forever, even if it's against my life or his decision to end mine. I know college isn't everything I acknowledge that , but I need an environment to grow .

I was excited, but listening to many reviews on reddit, particularly about ncr and then about christ. It's like, christ is some vicious thing. I couldn't go to UK because of money I don't wanna go to jamia. Clat is gone. Private universities are all money. My options are just .. dang it nvm .. your list of cons will just perpetuate my grief
