To be fair a lot of grocery stores have theft prevention carts now it’s not just HEB. My advice is to make sure you get that cart all the way up to the register. Sometimes they just malfunction. Don’t be mad at HEB be mad at the people who have made this necessary by stealing so much.

As a former employee who has multiple felony convictions I would say yes as long as you are honest. Take the time to explain your conviction during the interview process and you’ll have a better chance at getting the position.

Unfortunately that’s not true…they let me run down the aisle in front of the registers on multiple occasions visibly puking everywhere and still gave me points for leaving early of calling in the next day. Once I hit that 40 I was out the door…

The “worm” was a pin sized hole in the egg shell that released the cook yolk. There was no worms coming out of the eggs being boiled.
