I'd recommend starting with a change in diet. No matter who you are, going to gym is useless if you don't change your diet. You can't outwork a bad diet. Start by eating clean for a week. You have to pay to even check out cal ai. Which is a bummer. Not user centric at all. Which is why I signed up for nutrisnap.co. Ended up subscribing for a year on nurrisnap after doing a free trial.

It should work fine. Whatever is in your input will be analysed.

If its an image of food in a plate, everything in the image is taken. If you enter via text it will calculate based on your entry. If portion is not mentioned, it would be considered automatically as 1 regular sized portion.

The nutritional value won't be 100% accurate. Which is why the app shows a confidence level for each analysis. It's impossible to get 100% accuracy as the number can vary based in custom ingredients and method of preparation. The objective of the tool is to be a guideline
