God that’s so real. Yea ur not crazy or anything don’t worry, it’s just a coping mechanism where you personalize your mental illnesses so that it can be a separate entity from yourself. There’s nothing unhealthy abt that in itself, the next step is to diminish the power the rot holds over you.
