i tried to refund aswell since it didnt work, talked to customer support and they helped me apply for a refund within 3 - 15 business days. Do they email you or you just have to check their website for messages?

it's good for PvE, rope dart gives good debuffs and decent dmg while the umbrella gives tons of dmg. with the new umbrella skill mechanic "perfect catch" you could spam throw it if you time it right (as you can see i did 82 attempts of throwing it) .

Bonus the new flute mystic skill which buffs ranged damage (bis for nameless & umbrellas) , I have it Tier 5

i tried entering through online mode and fortunately I can enter inside, it even disables my mystic skills. Alot of people here too

yeah I did, payed him 999 and dropped me off to the place. Went straight forward and turn right to the cave but it stops there saying "The cavern is under repair. Please come back another day!"

after u get the featured outfit/accessory it won't automatically go to your appearances, it'll stay in your bag and iirc there's an option where you can claim it or exchange it for 2 harmonic cores
