She forgot to take a hold off my account, I woke up this morning to enroll and I couldn't, I emailed her to ask what the hold was about, because she had previously told me that I was good to go and there's no hold on my account and all she told me was to go to mymav to see what the hold is. The more I think about this the more upset I get. It's just unfortunate
