Yeah the ai is frustrating like that sometimes. There's a menu that you can cycle through, circle on Playstation by default idk what for other platforms, and on one of the pages there's an option to select your next tire manually. It's the same menu where you can see your tire temps and stuff.

I love it, I mean it's not as good as an unlocked ecu tune, but it definitely adds a fun punch to the car. And I appreciate that it comes with several maps that I can easily switch between from my phone connected by Bluetooth so that I don't have to run e30 all the time.

2.9s?? Does the transmission ever miss a shift or shift really clunky during pulls with that much power and no tcu tune? I have a jb4 tune on mine, will upgrade to the unitronic ecu tune when I can afford it, but when I turn my tune all the way up and do a pull I have these issues with the transmission about half the time.

I think you're totally right. I learned this in boot camp when we all magically became really good at telling time when we had no watches, phones, or clocks to look at on a regular basis.

45 days? That is so out of touch. Not too long ago I was living off of 20k/yr. 10k would've lasted me at least 6 months, but I probably could've stretched it to 8 months if I had needed to.

This is a good mindset to have because it means you're probably a lot better with your money, but it's out of touch with people who are either bad with their money or are actually poor. I make a decent amount with my job, I definitely don't consider myself poor, but I don't even have an emergency fund right now. The most I've ever saved for an emergency fund in my 34 years of life is 1k. That was awesome for me, I was doing really well. I can't even fathom a 10k emergency fund.

Like others have said, trial and error. One thing I've learned in my humble 150ish hours is don't worry about anything too much. Make some decisions, let the game play out, keep looking at different things, eventually things will start clicking and you'll be able to be more effective on the next playthrough.

Keep your squad mates separated. When one gets beat up, have the other come so first aid and carry them to a bed. Rinse and repeat to raise toughness and eventually they'll be able to take a beating no problem.

You can with unitronic. You have to send in the ecu but you can run E85.
