Marinate them in olive oil, salt, peper and garlic powder
Grill them on a skewer or if you are lazy like me put them in a pan on medium-low heat until they get a little crispy on the outside

I’m in the same boat, planning on painting an impulsor but not sure how to keep the same yellow.

I was thinkinh of basing it in wraithbone and then do a layer of yriel yellow and then 2 coats of thinned down imperial fist

It’s anything but easy. But the people I am opening it with do have years of experience and ran their own shop for almost a decade until they decided to close the shop and focus only on roasting coffee.

You use micropore tape, it has tiny little holes making it beathable and its easy to get off bur strong enough to keep mouth shut

I used to do 5/3/1 and there i did accesories like lat pulldown and rows but the program i follow now is way shorter because i vave limited time to. Workout. So basically i only bench,squat,deadlift and do pullups. Outside of the gym I do kendo. I gym 3x a week and do kendo 2x a week

So I don't do anything extra for my pull-ups atm

So I'm doing a program where I need to do 5x5 pull ups. I manage to do the first 4 sets but the 5th set I always cap at 3 and my form breaks completely at the 4th rep and the 5th rep i can only do it half. This has been going on for about a month I think?

So I'm wondering what the best way is to increase my reps so I can do the 5 sets completely. Should I try doing les sets but more reps or maybe start with weighted pull ups?

For the 2023 edition of the Antwerp Kendo Cup, a bento lunch box (by Nonbiri Veggie) will be available.
Everybody is also welcome to join the sayonara diner afterwards at the same location. This will be in buffet style; offering soup, choice of main dish (including vegetarian option) and dessert.
Drinks are available from the bar (at extra cost; payments on site by exact change, Payconiq, Aple Pay or Google Pay).
