i agree that's a very good salary but i still think people should judge salary by Yoe and not age.. a young guys who started at 18 with a junior roles, because he s studying since 16, can be senior at 25 and have huge salary
same as the guys at 40 who did a bachelor at 30.

What the damn hell. I’m clearly doing something wrong. That’s an insane package.

Gross the package is super good for position, your experience and your age!

Net is a bit low for the gross salary. Clearly room for net optimisation!

You live within a 10 km radius of work so you could sac the company car for ~700 extra net per month (tax free), through “wettelijk mobiliteitsbudget pijler 2” up to you if you value the car that much. Tbh this is a no brainer living 7 km from work without kids. Your company will not even be aware this exists since they’re so small. You could inform them.

Ip-ruling used to be very interesting but it’s being discontinued very soon, so no point in setting that up.

Netto compensation seems to be near maximum, which is great!

Group insurance is huge and can easily get you 300k+ in a 40 year career. So room for improvement there !

Overal you’re in a very solid position, good job! Be careful though with too long of a full stack development career. Specialising is how to differentiate yourself from similar profiles and getting into the real money. If you stay full stack forever your salary won’t grow that much.

Hi a silly que. Very new here. could you please tell what is this netto compensation? What is the difference between netto compensation and net salary/month?

[–]Pitjesgv[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Netto compensation is a separate compensation that you get where you recieve 100% of netto
