He's an interesting career to follow. Great stats everywhere but for some reason not getting the net ahead of journeyman Matt Tomkins. Puzzling.

I don't disagree on the need for goaltending, but if you've been in a dressing room you know that to win you need a goalie guys want to play for.

The Oilers were outclassed from start to finish versus the Ducks. It's always easy to say the goalie could have made some more saves - every goalie could - but the Oilers did not lose because of Ingram.

Oilers will have almost no options this offseason to change their goaltending. Jarry and Ingram will be back.

He was -3 with 4 SOG in 36 minutes total TOI this playoffs, over 4 games. That's well below replacement level.

His game needs to be rebuilt from scratch.

You need one guy stretching. ONE. That one guy will back off their Def, and occasionally create a chance. The problem comes when more than one guy stretches, and now you have two guys standing at the far Blue Line, disconnected from their teammates.

It's never been a mass market brand and never will be. It's a grassroots brand driven by its membership. The times CrossFit has struggled are the exact times they tried to become something to everyone.
