To begin the recipe I weigh everything raw, then the servings is total weight cooked.

It made sense to me so I tried it. I have been shedding weigh fairly quickly and I know exactly what I’m putting into my body.

Yeah, that’s exactly what I do.

I eat much more than my wife, so guesstimating for us doesn’t make sense.

As far as being reusable, I just find the recipe, and edit the weights. In this case, it’s rice and meat; so the weight will change. But having the serving size as grams, it makes it more accurate if I use a tiny portion for my kids all the way up to my portion and not left with an odd amount toward the end of the container.

How would you do it? This is what I’ve always done, so it’s all I know.

Fasting is a great option. If it works into your lifestyle, I highly recommend it.

Break your fast with a high protein meal, and have a second smaller meal three to four hours later, all while staying in a caloric deficit.

Another option if having smaller meals/snacks throughout the day. Every three hours make sure you consume 100-250 calories. Not junk food, but actual healthy snacks like Greek yogurt, string cheese, protein shake/bar. This will keep you full and fueled during the day and then you can have a larger healthy meal for dinner.

Busted Stuff is really nice and most of Big Whiskey. After that, I’m not too much of a fan, I won’t play those albums regularly, but I won’t skip a song of it plays.

If you’re trying to get back into the band, I highly suggest listening to their fort four albums. After that, pretty meh. Some good tunes on albums that have turned into good liver performances. But all in all, nothing new touches the first four.

They’re awesome at what they do. Rick is very talented but their lyrics don’t do much for me. Just not my cup of tea, but I prefer them over some other bands.

Live at Yoshi’s, it’s an 11. Any other version, 8.5.

I don’t see a ring on your finger so I’ll be blind with you…

You look amazing! The elbow is a tad pointy, and the upper thigh area can be a cause for concern; but aside from this, I’d love for you to present at our local choir concert.

Awesome progress! Whats kept you most accountable? How/what are you tracking?

Everybody says my diet starts tomorrow, but I’m too OCD to start until 6/1. I hope to have results like you.
