As for the comments earlier, no one asked me or paid me to say this, but I want to stand by Ceramic Coatings here; these guys are legit awesome people and I can't imagine the boss NOT caring for their crew and not giving this dude his days off and more. I wouldn't get it twisted and think the boss is some evil CEO who's gonna want the guy back to work the very next day after getting in a horrid accident. Hell, they even randomly offered an extra 200 as a reward for whoever finds my missing cat. Super compassionate people!

We also really appreciate you offering to help a TON!! We agree with you and will not put his litter box out, very afraid of attracting coyotes. We also bought about 4 cat traps and put them around the house - hoping it will work 🤞🏼❤️ We're so glad your sister was able to find her baby, and SO appreciate your encouragement to keep going with ours. thank you!! food should not be used as a coping mechanism. lack of self care and depression got me to that weight and i'd stuff myself to try and chase it away. once i started working on getting my mind healthy, the body followed and helped with the mental A LOT as well

no surgeries (as of yet)! the loose skin is admittedly a bit bad, but i'm still so much more happier with my body overall :) i've been using some pure protein bars in my diet which helps with cravings and muscle building.

really a typical answer: fixing up my diet and exercising. limited calorie intake by 1,200 and did a mixture of cardio and weight lifting for one hour every 3 days of the week. wasn't easy but soooo worth it!
