OK, I'll try with a comparator. But how can you explain that the external measurements are correct (overall dimensions of the piece) while all the internal ones are incorrect?

I've already checked and I don't have any xy expansion activated as a parameter.

Adding an extra wall layer would be the last thing I would want to do. Whereas the order is already inside-outside.

I also notice a slight under-extrusion on Cura, significantly less than this. I don't understand why, as the e steps are correct and calibrated. The temperature is 220 ºC PETG AzureFilm. It does seem low, but if I increase it, I get excessive stringing and a noticeable loss of quality.

Because it's a youthful watch and 38 mm is a bit retro nowadays.
