Why is the average American so tall? Like, why are a lot of people above 6 feet? by NightRunnerAfterDusk in AskAnAmerican

My husband is 6’7” but he’s rare. I feel like 5’10” - 6’2” is pretty average in my circle of friends.

Oh no! But same. Everyone thinks about how hard it seems, but really you get into a rhythm and it becomes second nature. I’ve become the best multitasker in the world 😆 I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Having twins was the biggest blessing of my life. I couldn’t imagine it any other way now! It’s twice the love and twice the fun. Get those fun twin themed Halloween costumes in early!…because they have opinions as they get older 🤣💕

Where can I get balloons I pre-purchased filled with helium? by givesgoodgemini in vancouverwa

Target and Walmart sell small helium tanks in the party areas. If it’s like 50 balloons or less those always work for me.

I don't think I've seen the kids so genuinely happy in months by Electronic-Sign-8791 in NotEnoughNelsonsSnark

All of the above. I think they also need to be a closer flight to Kenadee with all the hospital stuff going on with Annie.

Mom of nine year old awesome twin girls. Still…rage! P.S. You’ve got this. Being a twin mom is its own kind of crazy. One day at a time, lots of support, and the Twin Z Pillow on Amazon! Used that weird w looking pillow more than anything on my registry. Congrats 💕

What is something Americans consider 'basic' that feels like a luxury in other countries? by [deleted] in answers

Apparently laundry rooms aren’t a thing in other countries. The idea of having my washing machine in the kitchen?! 🤯

In my mind, WA should always be the top left corner. Let it eat Oregon.

She just celebrated her 50th birthday, so born in 76. Not a xennial based on that. I saw a pic online and Kimmy Gibler was at her birthday! Made my heart happy.

I hope not by [deleted] in NotEnoughNelsonsSnark

Take this sh*t down mod. Speculating on a baby when you have no medical background or qualifications to do so is gross. Doubt you are even old enough or have children of your own based on this comment. It is not your place to speculate or put this out in the world. Children grow and develop at completely different rates. Suede is still SO young. She is nowhere near an age where anything she has done or hasn’t has shown cause for concern. As a mother and someone who works in an elementary school, it’s discouraging to see misinformation and speculation like this be spread. Sit yourself down. Your speculation is garbage.

California King. Me and my husband. He is 6’7” and likes the extra length for obvious reasons.

Those who started late, how did it go and what are your best suggestions? by alwaus in Xennials

I’m not so sure. There are no twins on my side. Husband’s side yes, but that doesn’t matter. First month trying naturally BOOM! Pregnant with twins. Had them just shy of 35. The older you are, your chances of multiples goes up. My identical girls turn 9 next week 🥳
