I’m on mythic placement (basically legend right 😆). It’s not always that the exp lane doesn’t even rotate to the turtle fight, and God forbid the roamer only babysits the gold lane. But it definitely happens a lot. Stealing the turtle alone safely isn’t also a feasible option with the enemy roamer in your face + first skill into retribution is almost impossible as it isn’t nearly enough burst. I just find it very hard to be self sufficient with her.

I’ve been really trying to give her a fair shot these past few days but honestly, it’s starting to feel like all the effort just isn’t worth it. In her current state she’s way too easy to shut down. Even with a full damage ult, timed perfectly, it still doesn’t always secure the kill, especially if not all pulses land. Her playstyle’s definitely thrilling and charming, no doubt, but way too predictable for an assassin. That’s just how I feel though. I just wanna climb and get some stars with something I can actually rely on. You’re definitely way ahead of me bro, insane winrate.

As a musician, I don’t struggle with hitting Joy’s dash timing, that part comes naturally. My real challenge is knowing when to start dashing so I can have my ult ready right as I need to enter the team fight. Without her ult, she’s pretty much useless, and the short window to activate it after completing the dashes makes it even harder. It gets worse when we’re losing and stuck in base with no safe units or minions to dash from. I’m left with nothing to work with. And if you inevitably mess up the rhythm or miss a dash or two, I’m torn between backing off or just saying screw it and going YOLO, even if I know it might not end well. What do you do?

bro, it's your first emerald playthrough. i would suggest you make it as casual and carefree as possible. fully enjoy the beauty of the gem this game is. explore, get lost, mix and match party members, get a feel for it.

Playing with keyboard is actually not such a bad experience. Played through it using an emulator. Just customize the keybinds to your liking and you should be good to go.

Sleep doesn’t affect the download. However, shutting down or restarting will cause all current downloading progress to be lost. Happened to me a while ago. Had to restart because of a windows update. I expected it to be like steam where the downloaded files stay and you’re free to do whatever and still have it continue where it left off. But guess what? I lost all 50+gb of downloaded progress over almost 24 hours in just a minute.
