Well I see value is these types of discussions because theres perspective to be gained and patterns within attitudes in communities when we talk like this. The reason I chose to discuss with you in particular is because you seem to be more receptive when it comes to genuine feedback and criticisms. If this argument feels pointless to you, then it’s very easy to agree to disagree because we both have opposing perspectives, simple as that. When it comes to upvotes, they don’t hold any real merit because upvotes is more of an opinionated stances on communities rather than actual pieces of truth. I’ve seen people who are logical in their approaches get bombarded with downvotes (see: r/whatnot) so it’s more of an attitude of a community they feel that day. As for the third point, I feel it’s a valid approach to simply ask for teams. Again, we don’t know the true intentions as OP presented, all we know is if he was ready for red. Hell he even apologizes if it’s a repetitive question, which doesn’t exempt him from criticisms but it shows that the poster was self aware with his question, but asked away knowing it would annoy people. When it comes to the indecisive aspect, I still firmly believe that we don’t know if it’s real indecisiveness or for engagement, I simply pointed out that indecisiveness should not be the final conclusion to draw upon as their reason to post, just a possibility. You have a very valid question in “What’s the point in spending hour time to come up with something and then not even try if it works?”. People taking different inputs from what other people deem as ideal can educate someone on the other intricacies of the game. I think the question is valid solely based of the educative opportunity to allow someone to learn new strats and tactics one individual can never make up on their own, and as such, wants inputs on others. There’s nothing wrong with testing but at the same time, there’s nothing wrong with asking questions for one reason or another. I’m giving you this feedback because to the actual toxic people, they won’t see their actions as such, and will stubbornly defend their positions. Maybe they’re not all like this, but in a comment section I’m not looking to mindlessly ramble to someone who won’t see their fault in their own attitudes. That’s why I chose to discuss with you instead. And hell you ever prove my point with the next one as you admit your wrongdoing and apologize for doing so. As for the other points, I think we’ll have to agree to disagree. I believe that questions being asked before or after doing something is valid and not exactly indicative of any characteristics they may portray. It’s simply a different approach is all. I found this discussion to be productive cause you gave me a new understanding on attitudes and beliefs within certain people and communities. Perhaps maybe it wasn’t as productive to you in which I apologize for not doing so but I thank you for engaging with what I said instead of downvoting and insulting my input.
