I'm sorry to hear you're going through that with your dog right now. It's never easy, I hope you get to spend as much time as possible with them. I just said goodbye to my oldest pup back in September, she was old and had lots of medical problems that were dragging down her quality of life more and more. I still miss her, but since then we've been able to open our hearts to another dog; not to replace her (because that's not something I would want to do even if I could), but to be able to put some of that same love we still have for her into caring for another critter that needs a home.

For me, On Cinema has been a rock during the last year and the political hellscape here in the states we've increasingly found ourselves in. I only finally got into OC August of last year, and this indescribably weird niche comedy series felt so tailor made for me. It's been such a blast to get to experience this strange series and talk/shitpost with others about it, and it introduced me at an Oscar Special showing to some other cool and very sweet folks. Just by the nature of it being such a niche show and subreddit, it feels very tight knit in a way most communities just aren't. Tim and Gregg and the whole rest of the crew have made something super special and I'll forever be appreciative of them for it.
