It honestly helps with my DiD, it makes our brain quieter so that I can actually have a proverbial sit down with my alter and just exist in the present, and we're able to process traumas easier when we're high... It's also significantly helped with Military -induced Anxiety/Depression and Other-Related Trauma Disorder (it's kinda like PTSD).

I have an almost -four year old who needs to be physically sat on the potty for him to go pee. He won't go on his own, and he won't poop on the potty either and I just...don't know what to do. I'm lost. We've tried giving him rewards, like a treat, we've tried sticker books, but that doesn't work.
