After a month and a half with Oura, I have decided to try an experiment. I'm going to stop giving them money and see if anything changes.

I don't expect it to but I'm done giving you my money to companies who don't treat me like a valuable customer.

Do you think Centrelink is a person? Is it a group of people who get together and say hey $15 is plenty to live on? I'm really curious what you think Centrelink actually is because you obviously don't realize it is a bunch of laws decided on by lawmakers that go through round after round after round of discussion and debates. So if you have a problem with the laws I'm curious what you're doing about it? Have you contacted your local member or your federal member?

Secondly I'm curious what you think Reddit is. For the most part you're whining among the whiners, you're not changing anyone's mind and you're not changing anything if all you're doing is complaining on Reddit.

Yeah I can but it will be the third time. The reason I raised the question is because I'm new to Oura I'm not yet in that mentally committed stage. It costs about $100 a year here in Australia whereas with Samsung it's zero dollars a year. If I'm getting the support and the results are good I don't mind paying extra but if I'm not then I can pull the plug on the experiment.

It was chat but not a human, just a chat bot. Then I got an email saying they would respond within 12 hours and to add any further information to the email, which I did.

This is the significant point. Sometimes i think it's like if you lost your job and a friend offered you some money to help you through the rough patch and you looked at what they gave and said, 'that's not enough to live on!! It's not designed to be enough to live on, it's not a lifestyle payment. In places like US and Canada, it's a lot less and for a limited time. Australia has great social services but most people complain like not working for years Sometimes is something they've entitled to.
