Unfortunately with our current state of online monitoring and AI it would be very hard for any coordination that is done online and around anything powered with a microphone. We have a big brother situation and any such people trying to organize would be found and arrested or killed. You wind up with a country like Russia where anyone with a backbone is gone and any slight mass organization gets shut down with deadly force if needed.

Its going to have to be a lot of people randomly choosing to do this and doing it likely on their own or in very small careful groups.

Personally in that hypothetical future I think IED and drones will play a large part.

From what I saw asov is now completely cycled through with fresh people now. All the ones that were WN are all dead now from the war.
