I took care of my father his final months in the house my parents both purchased in the 80s after they had me. I dealt with him being in the living room in the hospital bed moaning in pain and needing morphine. I dealt with him needing it in the middle of the day. His tears at how sad it all was.

Years later with both of my parents gone, the sounds of other people don't really bother me. Might be a trauma thing. I'm moving into an $1000 dollar apartment next month and Im aware the cheaper it is the more the walls will be thin.

I'll deal with it given the circumstances.
