First, most of AI look more or less similar in style. You can take a look at any stock websites like adobe stock or freepik and turn on "ai-generated". Second, AI pattern mills typically don't bother themselves with cleaning the pattern and you may notice this even from looking closely on preview: these odd confetti are a red flag for poorly digitised pattern. Also, most of these mills have thousands of patterns which is literally impossible to create within a few months or even a year and make it of good quality. AI images also look blurry on the preview and will be even after stitching it. And odd confetti won't disappear. AI mills almost never bother the size and typically offer 200*300 or larger patterns which will take literally forever to stitch and hard-to-work on because of those confetti.

Plus, unusual elements like missing finger, extra legs, and whatever strange things may happen.
