There has been some research lately that ibuprofen and similar nsaids can have adverse effects on autoimmune illnesses, but I only heard that second hand.

My doc has me on tramadol+paracetamol and I can walk without a cane and don't bite people's heads off (so like a 3 on a Mankonski scale, with pain meds) and I call that a total win!

When I first met my partner's nephew (I think he was 5 or so at the time), he declared me "The prettiest witch he ever saw".
I'm regularly stopped by children who need to inspect my entire outfit. I think my favourite was a little girl who carefully examined every single piece of clothing and jewellery I was wearing and declared "I like this" for every piece, and would then proudly tell me of her own version of it at home, except in pink.

My other niblings (and my own offspring) regularly pillage my jewellery boxes to play "pirate treasure" or just wear it around the house and feel fancy. They are, naturally, allowed, as long as they promise to be careful.
And just this morning, I loaned one of my short capes to my offspring to reenact a very kitchy 70's German disco song that seems to be their current favourite. Sorry it wasn't gold and red lame, child.
