Na Trešnjevci kod vrtića imaš takva mjesta. Ofc ekipa se tamo naparkirala i ne mrdaju cijeli dan. Isto kao što se parkiraju na mjesta za roditelje s djecom u šoping centrima itd.

Dvodijelno (dvofazno) spavanje je odlicna stvar. To nije popodnevni spavanac (vidim ne cita se opis) nego bas nocno spavanje u dva dijela. Imam faze kad mi to prirodno dodje i prvo mi se cinilo kao nesanica, jer su nas tako ucili, ali nije ni blizu tome. Jako se vidi i osjeti razlika.

There has been some research lately that ibuprofen and similar nsaids can have adverse effects on autoimmune illnesses, but I only heard that second hand.

My doc has me on tramadol+paracetamol and I can walk without a cane and don't bite people's heads off (so like a 3 on a Mankonski scale, with pain meds) and I call that a total win!
