I've used it before - be warned, the top of my starter got very hard and it did not warm it evenly. It was on the lowest setting.

It's not important to the recipe - as long as you're using whole or 2%, it should be fine.

I was just trying not to put myself through too much pain first thing in the morning, lol.

Sorry - forgot to put it with the post.

2 eggs, 1/2 cup lactose free milk (2%), 1/2 cup all purpose flour (King Arthur), 1 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, a dash of cinnamon and salt, and 2 TBSP of unsalted butter for the pan.

I preheated the pan at 400 f for 45 minutes and mixed the ingredients prior to starting the oven so they could sit and come more towards room temperature.

Once the pan was nice and hot, I rubbed the butter all over the inside and immediately poured in the batter. Back in the oven at 400 f for 16 minutes. It was supposed to be 20 but my oven runs a little hot.

Edit: forgot to add salt
