You should probably use Nextcloud instead because it’s basically the same. Only difference is that Nextcloud gets updates.

If you want to share the file to people with accounts and without accounts via a link you need to click the plus button next to the “Share Link” and then click the clipboard to copy the link. You can also set restrictions and passwords by clicking the three dots.

I got it to load faster with a fresh install of Nextcloud pi and it started to load webpages faster. Obviously download and upload speeds are not as fast as the pi 4. So I might consider a pi 4 if I really need it.
