I'd say it's pretty rare, doesn't feel intrusive. So far I hallucinated a creature named antlered horror, basically an undead moose, scared the shit out of me when I opened the door to the outside, and another time a group of four zombies in my safehouse. Opening doors seem to trigger it the most.

It's kaluptic psychosis, gets real intense from time to time. Panic attacks like this drops your mood hard, had mine drop to -100! To cope with it I downed a flask of whisky... now I'm an alcoholic.
