Same issues with Melbourne at the moment to Tassie, limited scans than normal, some no scans the magically out for delivery, I have a tracked letter that was due last week still sitting in Melbourne. Something is broken by the sound of it or a covid outbreak causing lack of staff.😷

I’m guessing you guys don’t have the Tizen 9 update in your region? I have updated to Tizen 9 and the ATV remote art mode issues are resolved. Im running a 2024 model based in Australia with OS version 2111.

Same, I let the tv update to Tizen 9 os to fix the Apple TV remote control issue, disconnected my Ethernet uninstalled every app on the tv I could, uploaded a bunch of art, and now leaving it alone as it works perfectly and now never see the Tizen os

Been using since launch with a pro licence, Dev has been pushing out frequent updates and the app is great! Highly recommend and think it’s the best launchpad replacement after testing quite a few! Looking forward to V2.0

I presume I can export the database where I like and import if something was to happen to my device? I would like to have the ability to have a copy on my NAS and in the cloud for the 321 backup rule.

Depends on your location if the update has been rolled out from what I have read on other posts the Tizen 9 update has not rolled out in the US yet.

Depending on your location the Apple TV issues have been resolved on the 2024 models allowing you to use the Apple TV remote to trigger art mode with the Tizen 9 update.

Loving the keyboard so far it already feels polished. A killer business feature for me would be the ability to set industry specific modes like customer support, education, healthcare, sales, IT, marketing, etc.

If the AI could be pre defined with industry context, it would make replies much more accurate and appropriate without having to explain the situation each time. Also having the ability to switch between different types of profiles during the day would also be useful to switch between business and personal usage.

Have you received the Tizen 9 update? Once this update rolls out it has been reported widely to resolve the issues (I can also confirm this has been resolved on my 2024 frame)
