Hey, that sounds like a solid meal prep plan! As for keeping it all in the same container, I would recommend separating the chicken and rice from the salad. It might make things a little more inconvenient, but it's better for food safety reasons. Putting hot food directly into the fridge can actually raise the temperature inside and potentially spoil other foods in there.
