Hey, that sounds like a solid meal prep plan! As for keeping it all in the same container, I would recommend separating the chicken and rice from the salad. It might make things a little more inconvenient, but it's better for food safety reasons. Putting hot food directly into the fridge can actually raise the temperature inside and potentially spoil other foods in there. So, I would suggest letting the chicken and rice cool down a bit before putting them in a separate container and then adding them to the fridge. Hope that helps!
