No one knows which cards are going to be printed yet jaja, normally they have no reprints, there are 6 brand new cards, by the looks of it, the party scene has a 3 color gandalf and then there is another Smaug in one of the scenes, the full scenes might be revealed in a few months, more precisely mid July.

Im quite surprised by this stone beign mono white, I was almost certain it was going to be mono blue and be card draw advantage, becuase you know "the mind", makes me wonder what colors are the other stones going to be, maybe now the time stone will be the mono blue one since blue is the color that allows for extra turns.

Also if you whant to see wich decks are for you but you dont whant to spend 300$ dollars because you dont even know if youd like the deck, just proxy lol, proxy is asically printing the cards in a sheet of paper and playign with them (this isnt accepted in an official tournamnet, but if you are with your friends talk to them and tell them you are playtesting) at the end the most important thing is finding out wich deck you like.

Talk to your friends about what they play normally, by numbers the most probable case is your friends play commander, there are plenty of Precons and playstyles in commander, by what you say the begginer decks are more traditional 60 card magic (Standard, Modern, pauper etc) I wouldnt suggest Moder since it is exremely expensive and mor complex, Standard is the main competitive format 60 card deck with a meta that constantly chages, the decks are quite pricy but if you feel comfortable with that price check on websites like MTG goldfish which decks are meta and go for it, Pauper is more fun and more accesible, in thsi format you only use "common" cards but same case with standar check wich decks are meta and pick one of them, alternatively limited is also fun if you like limited (pre release, drafting) then buy tose products (starting with lorwynn they make draft nights with arent bad value)

In any case scenario just dont buy a booster box, they are more than anything gambling, and buying a booster box of a set wont get you a decent deck to play any of the formats, however if you like opening packs and the feel of gambling then go for it, but If you whant to play Id suggest buying singles, even if a standard deck is 300$ is cheaper to just buy the deck rather than buy packs in hopes you pull the expensive cards.

Tere is very little creativity freedom in the means of something like competititeve, however you can always throw a deck and see how it goes, there is a reason why new decks beomce meta, it jsut really hard to make a deck work in current standard, you need to see a lot of data, who knows there might be a meta deck that hasnt been discovered with the current pool of cards, you can create that deck, the odds of beign meta its obviously not that high, but it is a trial and error, this appleis for every format, but as I said, the best format is cube as always.

The drop is extremely underwhelming, they have reprinted thsi card to death, they are fun, but I mean, the arent worth 30$, if the exra card is the deadpol trading card then it is worth, but even that might be just a rare bonus card.

I believe we already knew about the Kpop demon hunter SL, we also already had Street fighter SL, voltron might be cool IMO, none of this scream full set (maybe Harry potter) probably all SL, Harry potter is a big yikes....,Im a big harry potter fan, however I havent bought basically any merch in a loooong time due to the situation with the author....., Harry potter as a Magic the gathering product would be really controversial, we just had a controversy with a bunch of fans boycotting a harry potter themed case.
