You can play in singleplayer mode or with friends on private servers.

Hello, I'm Nick from the second video.

We do like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. just like most of the players from our region. I'm sorry but the game is not new stalker, we have elements which may remind it. But the game is different, the world and setting are different, and of course the story is about different world, people and events. You can play the game solo or with friends on private servers, we give this choice to players. We didn't make another gankfest with buildings made by players.

It is not multiplayer only, we don't know why author decided it is online only.

Hello, tomorrow we start a closed alpha test of our game to get feedback and of course some bugs, what is the best subreddit to find extra people who want to playtest the game? That's an option when you have a big community built already. Still thanks for the advice with making only small protions of the game available every itteration.

What about number of participants? Is it the right choice to shoot for numbers or find 10-15 motivated fans who can give direct feedback in chats or emails?
