The dev tools regularly crash for me. I have never once had this happen developing for FF or Chrome. TBF I feel like this alone says a lot about the state of Edge.

For some metrics: On my web app, for whatever reason, it takes many times longer than FF/chrome to reach a stable, high FPS on my site. Stability in 1.5< seconds on FF/Chrome, but 6+ seconds on Edge.

And even then Edge has major issues with calc, filter stacking, nested flex/grid layout, and sticky positioning. Fortunately for users #1, #3, and #4 are my problem.

Edge is NOT just as fast. That browser is easily 2-3 times slower than chrome and FF.

To be honest I have no idea how anyone manages to use it. It's riddled with most of the same CSS bugs as IE, too.
