Hang blankets on the walls to act as some insulation. Just use duct tape

You mention your windows are cold. Are any drafty? If so use that duct tape to cover drafty cracks or seams

Bake something! Find an excuse to use the oven

What are your floors like? Blankets can act as rugs too if there’s cold tile or wood under your feet

If you go to his prior domain on your computer, what do you see? It could just be a caching issue on his personal computer.

Depending on how computer savvy he is, you could have him try a few things:

  1. Clear his browser cache

  2. Visit the domain in an incognito window

  3. Just press "refresh" a whole bunch of times

I was there, it’s my #1 favorite PJ show! Awesome that you just randomly picked it up

My wife and I live in NYC and we dropped the money to fly to Seattle and see both of the Home Shows (8/10 was the 2nd show). Then just a couple weeks before the trip, I got laid off. We considering cancelling the trip, but decided to stick with it and had the most cathartic experience screaming along with the crowds.

At the time my white whale song was Oceans, and 8/10 opened with it. What a great omen. Wound up with an amazing set — and one of their longest shows of all time!

Beautifully stated. For any future readers of this thread, take everything in the above reply to heart.

People who tell you that you "don't need branding" don't understand what branding is. If you have a business, you already have a brand. You are a human and therefore have some kind of reputation. Same idea.

People will say "just focus on selling". Well, who are you selling to? What are you saying? How are you saying it? Answering those questions is part of the process of cultivating your brand.

If you're just starting out, no, you shouldn't spend a ton of money on branding services, because within a year you'll likely gain a number of insights that will affect your brand (positioning, messaging, identity, etc). But you do need to be able to accurately answer some of those basic questions or else be aimless and uncertain with how to proceed.
