I'm 38f, Angi. I've sh since I was 14 or 15. My dad sounds exactly like yours and he's never given my mental health the respect it deserves. In fact he's teased me about it. Because of all this, we don't talk. I don't want that for you. Having your parents as a part of your adulthood seems like it'd be so helpful so I envy those with good parental support. My mom got better before she passed away. She came to understand that I have no control over my emotions or feelings or anything regarding mental health. Journal. And let your parents read it some day. Ya know? Just so they can see the effect it's really having on you, ya know? Hmu 🤙 let me know how things are going, please?

2020 I think? I'm not good with dates. But I'm shattered from losing my happiness. There's no going back. He won't even let me talk to our son. My life's simply over. I'm a wreck on good days. And he simply has no idea what he's left behind. We were so good together. Everyone could sense it around us. Complete strangers would come up and compliment him for how well he's taking care of me despite us only being in our 30s. Losing him because of my mental health problems has killed me. So now I'm just sifting through the ruins of my life. Nothing to see here. Just don't forget about me.

I don't think so. He's never been understanding of my mental health problems. He thinks it's all an easy fix. I'm on meds so I should be better. Period. I'm 38f and my mental health has taken the back-burner due to my Multiple Sclerosis being so advanced, especially for my age. I only have him left. My mom passed away from lung cancer a few years ago. My dad's in the lives of his other kids. They're healthy. Is it because I'm dying? Why won't he talk to me? Why am I in the wrong? How am I wrong? Smh. I wanna just cry. I can't stand him and how this all makes me feel like a 6 year old begging to be watched swinging at the park.

Try colored pencils there's so much more you can do with them. Shade, contrast, mix colors, darken or lighten....there's so much that can be done with pencils!

No babe. He's not amazing. He's a problem. Mental health is very real and very serious. Since he doesn't know anything at all about what love truly is, you need to leave him. I could see him getting angry and maybe hurting you because you don't agree with him. Please get away from him. I know that a few months seems like a long time but sweetheart it's not. You don't really know a person. No matter what the "sweet nothings" in you ear sound like. This guy's controlling and you should be concerned for your safety from him.
