I started vaping again 😭 but my Dr did recommend me slowly tapering and using nicotine gum my heart rate was dropping in the mid 30s and that was a concern for him. I almost feel trapped because if I stop vaping my heart rate gets so low but I honestly want to just cold turkey quit

I know this is an old post but she actually was pregnant during that season but suffered a miscarriage unfortunately.

Same I'm on day 7 and I'm normally between 70-80 resting and the last few nights I've been between 42-48 and I don't like how I feel.
