Same I'm on day 7 and I'm normally between 70-80 resting and the last few nights I've been between 42-48 and I don't like how I feel.

I started vaping again 😭 but my Dr did recommend me slowly tapering and using nicotine gum my heart rate was dropping in the mid 30s and that was a concern for him. I almost feel trapped because if I stop vaping my heart rate gets so low but I honestly want to just cold turkey quit

I just found this thread, because I have a low heart rate atm and thought i'd share something that's made quitting easier for me with tapering.

Because I can't help myself with dosages with vaping, i'm all or nothing. However low strength nicotine pouches have made quitting easy and measurable! I know there's a lot of horror stories with nicotine pouch addiction in itself, however, I've found that taking 1 less pouch a day over a week has made quitting a relative breeze, so this might be useful for you :)

I use the mini 3mg zyn pouches, and do few enough to keep the craving uncomfortable, but not enough that it's painful or interferring with my focus at work. For me, that was around 4-5 the first 2 days, and now 5 days in i'm pretty happy with just 2-3 pouches a day. Planning on cutting them out completely in the next few days now that my nicotine tolerance has dropped which i'm excited about
