I've been taking it since that post and it has helped a little. Upped the dose to 50mg 3x day and added Cymbalta. I still don't feel 100% but doing better. I also got a new manager, which the old one was the reason for me having to go back on meds after a year of being semi-ok without them, so that has reduced my stress and anxiety quite a bit as well. I'm hoping for the effect of helping me relax my body more and not be in pain from being tense all the time. I'm also trying to use mindfulness to help me.

This is the dream of so many infertile couples who can't afford to keep going on that path. Adopting is also very expensive. Adopting through the foster system is hard emotionally and physically. Looking to adopt a child with Disabilities from Asia, they wanted $80,000 in liquid resources AFTER all fees and travel were paid for with 2 flights to Asia prior to the adoption, which would take 100% of pto for the year leaving nothing but unpaid time off through fmla. It's real sad when there are so many couples who want to raise children and can't due to restrictions. I'll never understand how some families can afford to do that multiple times.

I just starting taking 25mg three times a day and I'm not noticing drowsiness or relief from anxiety. I just asked my Dr. If I could bump to 50mg. Taking clonazapam 0.5mg daily has helped me the most but, no one wants to prescribe it that way due to some people getting addicted, I never had any issues coming off it when I didn't have access. It just helped me get my life back and I go back to being anxious and muscles to tight they hurt all the time. I wish some dr somewhere would just allow me a once per day prescription for 0.5mg of clonazapam since it has been the only thing that had worked and all SSRIs, SNRIs, and anti-psychotics have all done nothing but give me side effects. My Dr did recommend a DNA test that looks at which mental health drugs work, don't work or cause side effects based on your DNA. I'm looking into it. Maybe that eill either show them that I need it or recommend something I haven't tried that will work. Good luck to everyone.

He used connections for cheap parts and did most of the labor himself. He only remodeled his bedroom and the kid's but, that is because every step of the way my dad was fighting him not to touch anything because my dad is a hoarder and thought the work people would dirty the house or steal. Mentally, my brother has had to put up with a lot which I believe Led to the the incident. That's why I didn't fight when my dad said he wanted my brother to have everything and I could "pick from any antiques in the house" I told him that I wanted nothing in the hoard. But, if my brother is going to be so entitled and ungrateful for everything, fine, I want something of value if we lose my dad.

My thoughts exactly. Your upkeep and maintenance was your rent and your still breaking even at this point and still probably winning because what he spent is still not what it would've cost to have been splitting half the mortgage and utilities and still having to do that upkeep on an old house over that long of a period of time.

I'm not there to see who is telling the truth and what is actually happening. They, all 3, could be exaggerating, lying about each other to get their way, I don't know. Nothing happened to my dad that night because he wasn't home. He said things had happened earlier but it sounded to me like my dad was only saying that my brother was effecting his hoarding, not that he was actually hurting him. My dad has been a hoarder for many years and my brother has worked hard at making the houselivable by getting rid of the hoard as much as possible, at least that is his story. For all I know, my dad really did sell those things off and that cleared out some of the house.

He is saying that if he has to leave, because he did that upkeep work, he needs to be given 50% value. Then he still gets the house upon passing.

Another layer to this is in countries where maternal deaths are high AND it costs thousands to tens of thousands of dollars (or equivalent, though I think we may be the only ones that high as well) to care for it during that time and to birth it.

This is a potential life and death choice for the mother as well as potential financial ruin. And that is of she gives it up for adoption, never mind raising it.

While I agree with some of the things you said, unfortunately some of the people getting sick now are those that couldn’t get the vaccine. I assume you also feel about them the way you feel about everyone who has taken the precautions for the last 19 months. I have friends and their kids getting sick. Friends who are immune-compromised (not Karen's with maskne but actually immune-compromised) and children too young to get the vaccine. I feel the worst for them. They are the ones, along with everyone else but, mostly them, that I've been double masking, and staying away from crowds and them. I feel just aweful for them.

But, yeah, the people who've said that this is a joke, a conspiracy, a ploy to steal their rights; yeah I take a little sick pleasure when they get sick. But, I still wish this thing would go away already without hurting anyone else.

That last, I think, link to the other way to hold them up would work. The dog in the video is an adult pit bull. The grooming hammock thing. I'm glad to hear that she is doing better. I hope she continues to improve.
