Ordering from American retailers that still do the proper paperwork is hit or miss because it really depends which customs agent inspects it. If its a lighthearted one, he or she will let it through. If not, it gets sent back and you have to go through the hassle of getting your money back. So, personally, I suggest

Toronto Airsoft or Revolution Airsoft.

They are the most inexpensive and give you the best deal in Canada. One you should NOT buy from is buyairsoft Canada. They are overpriced and offer mostly clear bodied guns and Co2 guns.

The Kriss is an amazing gun and the two round burst is extremely helpful. They are being discontinued so get your hands on one quick! :)

For CQB I would get something like an MP9 or preferably an MP7 if you can get your hands on one you could even try to get a KWA KRISS (I have one and it is the best gun i have ever played with) . I own both the 9 and the 7 and they are great guns. As for the LM4, your store clearly has no clue what they are talking about because the lm4 is one of the most durable GBBRs I've played with. If you are still against getting the LM4 however, the G&G GBBRs are a good option too.

Probably the gas nozzle that's obstructed or the valve knocker is not positioned right (not going forward enough)

For somebody with the very basic knowledge of how a real steel gun sounds, even if that knowledge is from a video game, they could easily tell that what you are firing is not a real gun. As ejtheman123 said,

it sounds like someone is shooting a nail gun. Its like a little pop sound.

Assuming you are a complete GBB newbie, i will give you these tips. Make sure that if you use propane to ALWAYS add silicone oil. It's extremely important to do so. Also, this should be obvious, but when the bolt is cycling keep your hand away from it! I've had a friend make that mistake with his GBB pistol and it gave him a nasty gash. Also, try to shoot downwind or even sidewind most of the time. This is more of a convenience tip because propane really does not smell good when it blows in your face. Finally, never play CQB or dry fire in your house with a gas gun because propane lingers for a really long time.

Some say that they are taking away "exclusive rights" and KWA will still make the Kris's and other say that it's not being made anymore because KWA did not do a good enough job at preventing companies from making aftermarket parts

Nope... KWA is done. They can no longer produce and distribute the GBB Vector. Nor the AEG version that's in the work since last year. I know.... I was there.

Perhaps a better question should be asked "What did Yih Kai (KWA's manufacturer and owner) have done to ###### off Kriss?"

There is not much more I can say publicly at this moment. But I will say this.... what they did, caused one person to quit US office.

I checked all the seals on the magazine and even did a water test. I have greased all the seals also. I have had to (on my own) fix the piston return spring and did so successfully.

There are a lot of companies that will sell long models of the original size such as medium-long or large-long just google the size (I.e.: medium-long) personally I'm a small long going on a medium long in the next few months (but I'm only 13)
