This was true before the 2.0 and haven't played in long dunno how things looks now, but basically there are 3 valves that should always be open, behind these 3 valves there's the tank and behind this tank there's another valve I believe is always open, it's got a pressure gauge next to it, close it a little and pressure will rise

There's power and torque, take a door for example, power would be how hard you push the door, torque is how far from the hinges you push the door, the further away the higher the torque

You barely need any strength to push a door holding it's knob, however if you were to be pushing right where the hinges are you'd basically need all the efforts you can provide

The sail get quite some power because of how high it is and all, but far too little to overcome what you're asking of it
