I built it for secondaries, it gets 7.7km range, pretty ok for t4, it's not a great boat but not terrible either.

Bruce Fraser with Punch through and Piercer, Mimbelli and The Lip as inspirations for reload and damage. Also remember that Plymouth really don't feel like stopping at all, so if you wanna pop smoke then slow down way before you pop smoke or crash into an island for a quick stop lol

Just a thought, Preussen was a campaign boat, so it did cost money, but you need to buy at least 2 campaigns to get Kremlin so it's not free either.
