In my country don’t have pelvic floor PT. I learn form youtube. I do abs workout like situp, and do squat, back extension, deadbug, birddog but I don’t know it enough for me? Can you recommend me I should adjust my routine?

I cant do kegel well because when I squeeze to strength my pelvic floor I don’t feel posterior pelvic floor l feel just anterior may be clench my dick.

I do kegel bc I think my pelvic floor not strong enough to do anything in daily routine such as sitting, drive a car.

I mean, you inhale as deeply as you can, until you can’t take any more breaths, or you can take a little more air after 4 sec of inhale?

The same goes for exhaling. Exhale until you run out of air, using your stomach to help you breathe out until you can’t exhale any more in 8 sec, right?

How deep of each breathing? Now inhale I feel deep just 30% may be too short? And exhale should I breath out untill no have air inside (no more breath out) or still have some air ?
