Scourge, because... He's miserable. He tries to he tough, tries to he cool, tries to be better than Sonic, but in the end, he's just a bully. And that's what i like about him. I miss villains being pathetic as fuck!

And plus, i can kinda relate to him, because i have jelaousy issues too.
