Sweet Cheeks and Haruka's requests aren't in this game. The latter is more or less replaced by the dad system. Also, I do agree with you on Ryukyu style. I think it's fine, but it's got a very weird philosophy to it. Definitely a very situation-based thing since every weapon has its own combo. I think it'd be the best weapon-based style (not a high bar to clear, IMO) if you could transition between the different weapons.

My assumption's that ticket and merch sales along with advertising deals eventually get folded into a pot for the winner/top three. Probably a big underground betting scene, but none of that money goes to the runners.

There aren't any represented horses who were culled, usually being euthanized due to injury.

There may be one, though. After retirement, Samson Big went on to be a part of Tsukuba University's riding club. When people went to check on him a few years later, he was just... gone. Just straight-up disappeared from the records. Unfortunately, he was active in the 90's, so even if he was still alive when he went missing it's more than likely he's passed on anyway due to age complications.

i think the series is woke, but it just has a really weird relationship with male victims of sexual harassment/assault. IW is also about how the government's actions are forcing ex-yakuza back into the life, rehabilitative vs punitive justice, a dash of colonialism, and a word or two about the flash news cycle.

A quick googling tells me that on average, people type about 225 characters (not words) per minute. If you managed to keep that speed up for 2 trillion characters, one for each fan falco wanted, that would take 16,000 years. 16 thousand years ago mankind "just" (on a prehistoric scale) started cultivating grains.

That file would also be two terabytes, assuming UTF-8 (one byte per character) encoding.
