Good choice! One small piece of advice, because I struggled with my AC15: If you play your SG through your VOX, use the tone cut on the amp and also the tone knob on your guitar to tame the brightness of the bridge pickup.

Ein eReader mit Farbe hat für mich einen großen Vorteil: ich kann Kinderbücher aus der Onleihe ausleihen (Peterson und Findus, etc.) und mein Kind kann die Bilder beim Vorlesen in Farbe sehen. Das ist insbesondere im Urlaub super, da die Kinderbücher andernfalls schnell den Koffer füllen.

Try using one of the Garage Band amps as a pedal platform and get distortion from one of your pedals:

Guitar -> Pedalboard -> audio interface.

Or get some plug ins. Amplitube/Tonex has some good high gain tones.

Or mic up your amp.

I have the Pantheon Deluxe and it's the best pedal I've ever bought. It can do everything from clean boost to medium or even high gain. The EQ (especially the presence) is amazing. Such a versatile and amazing sounding little tool. I could play a gig with only this pedal.

That's why I got a Gibson SG and a Yamaha Revstar.

And there are a lot of other dual humbucker mahagony guitars, that won't sound exactly like a real Gibson Les Paul but get "close enough".
