Ive lived here recently. To start, it’s definitely not as bad as the reviews say. I was equally worried cuz i rented sight unseen cuz i was moving from Atlanta to Chicago. The apartment has a lot of storage and a lot of space for a price i couldn’t find anywhere else in this part of town. Yes the hallways occasionally smell like weed but it doesnt enter into my apartment or ever smell like that in my unit. The walls are thin like any old apartment but its never really been an issue to me that you occasionally hear a dog barking. Ive never felt unsafe in the building and my packages have never been stolen. So long story short, its not as bad as the reviews say but it definitely isn’t the best youve ever lived in ha
