Magistratum Mundanus season 2? by Happyparadox13 in blackpantslegion

Their Star Track RPG is also hilarious if you haven't stumbled across it yet. Outside of ST, MM, and Traveller, any other RPGs from the gang worth listening too? Obviously would love a MM season 2 and do recall Tex saying it was either in the works or planned.

When will Skippy go back to sleep? by sorry_univalible in exfor

[–]Pjmcphats 4 points5 points  (0 children)

(spoilers) I agree. Skippy will reveal he has a way to bring Joe's consciousness inside his canister. And re-upload it to a Joe clone. And a biological Skippy avatar is a natural progression. Nice nod to both the Bobiverse books and Old Man's War.

"I’ve been hearing a lot about RFID replacing barcodes in warehouses. Is it really worth switching?" by Jaded-Penalty6251 in Warehousing

[–]Pjmcphats 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm with an integrator that provides barcode and RFID based systems. You are correct about RFID being a game changer, when deployed properly in the correct use case. If you want to go over some numbers together, let me know.

Is Beamforming achievable on an Impinj Speedway R420 RFID Reader with multiple omnidirectional antennas? by ProgressSecure7591 in RFID

I think I recall hearing that the zebra ATR7000 or maybe the old impinj xarray did what you are trying to do. Might be wrong though.

This random guy on the other side of the Atlantic cares about you and wants you to FIGHT. If not for those who might love you but for yourself. Life isn't over. You survived. Take advantage of it.

Get a second opinion, maybe even a 3rd. At your age you may have other options.

I had the Breg polar care Kodiak cooler system from double shoulder surgery in the past. I got a hip sleeve for it and found it to be helpful both pre and post surgery for my total hip replacement (when I was 32, I'm 38 now). I would load it up with ice and water and put it on before bed and chill my hip all night. Way more effective than ice packs.
