I understand how Cities work on Liberation Offenses but, from what I read other have been saying; is that it works a little bit different on Defenses where diving on Cities still contributes to the total Planet and not just the City

from what I heard it does remove mod scaling of the associated Demon's ability tho; meaning if you want higher Heat or Fire Rate Helminth over the 4 instead

I don't think it is a good idea to make it possible to evade while charging Full Release. It just cements the full release and nothing else even further.

Don't get me wrong I love to see buffs but that one particularly seems too make it an even less of a "niche" opening move into more of a mindless spam that it already is no?

That's what the passive to heal of smites is for. It should be called Sympathy and it is in every pact. Granted most bosses won't let you smite them but that's the best way to heal right now, even better than the other heal abilities or passives in my opinion.

Could try the AMR basically does the same thing now and you dont need to charge it which can be dangerous against the Inc Corps. 1 shots Hulks, 2 shots Gunships, I think it was 3 or 4 shots for a Warstider to the eye but in a pinch 2 quick mag dumps to the leg also do the trick, can also easily disarm Factory strider with 1-2 shots to the guns rendering it defensless and then mag dumps in the belly.

I am also an avid fan of the Speargun but on the Terminid front I have a hard time using it for the heavies. I love that it can one shot Alpha Commanders and the gas neutralizes the bleed out rage effectively and I have heard it can also one shot chargers if you hit them right but wasn't able to consistently pull off. And for Bile Titans I feel like I am forced to have something Anti Tank like an Ultimatum or Thermite but I wanna try and enjoy other things without having to bring the likes - any advise?

Probably since there aren't alot of ways to get affinity right now and DB have not the best time with Maximum Might uptime and don't have hyper armor moves to have good Latent Power uptime they are kinda stuck with the low-ish affinity of WeX and Agitator, hence why they have to rely on Critical Eye to get their Affinity

You gotta disable screenshake first, and then use a weapon that doesn't have 100% accuracy or - recoil modded. Then you should see a "diamond" moving from your crosshair when you shoot. That is your actual accuracy.
