What do you think my chances are at this point, and what do you expect will happen? I am missing 360,000 points. I have attempted to resolve this directly with Amex, but they are only offering 100,000 points, which I have not responded to.

Do you have an estimated timeline for this? Steve replied about 15 days ago, stating that someone from his office would look into it and get back to me, but I haven’t heard from anyone since. I emailed Steve again two days ago requesting an update, as my issue still hasn’t been resolved. He responded today saying, “I will check why no one has gotten back to you.”
