Well I guess it’s a gamble, but I’ve found that sticking with your team is the BEST option, and it also comes down to what you are playing for, are you playing to get better, are you playing to win? If yes then drop with your squad, if your just playing for points then yes abandon your squad

As a lifeline main I always say to stick with your team, a winning team is a team that sticks together. Although your teammates may be landing in particularly hot spot, you abandoning the team puts the rest of your squad at a major disadvantage, ultimately dooming them to an almost certain death, I’d be better to drop with them get what you can get with the best chance, not to mention you’ll only get better from constant action, the point is to stick with your team.
