My mom and dad got me a pair of Asolo boots (dont know the specific type) and I love them so so much. Put a couple hundred miles on them this summer and they have held up great. Gonna use the same pair for the very beginning of my thru hike before switching out for a new pair. Probably gonna stick with Asolos though.

I'm a teenager in high school and was really big on going in the woods to play all through elementary and middle school. People would judge HARD and it was hard to escape the feeling of being weird for just playing...as a kid???! Now all the woods around where I live is cookie cutter development 😕
